Jesus “Chuche” is a Mortgage Loan Originator who works with Ideal Mortgage Group, dba of EMM Loans LLC, helping to bring homeownership opportunities to borrowers across the U.S. for a rewarding experience in new home purchases, debt consolidation, home refinance, and investment or second homes. Jesus speaks Spanish fluently, which allows him to relate and communicate with a greater market share. His clients and partners appreciate Jesus’ service and feel confident that obtaining their homeownership goals is that much more reachable!
Jesus believes, “There is no cap on success. Work ethic, going above and beyond, and willing to help people, goes a long way to create new business and maintain relationships.” By funding 100 Units in 2023, Jesus’ drive is proof that hard work and dedication results in reaching greater goals and achievements.
Born and raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Jesus closed his first loan with Ideal Mortgage Group in 2019. He recounted his memory this year of closing 70 units then surpassing 95 units. He is proud of his growth, and mentioned, “This is the new benchmark.” Thanking his family for the motivation and support.
When asked to describe his career in three words, Jesus stated, “Ambitious, Aggressive, Detailed.”
