Christopher is Vice President, of Retail Sales at EMM Loans LLC, helping to bring homeownership opportunities to borrowers across the U.S. for a rewarding experience in new home purchases, debt consolidation, home refinance, and investment or second homes.

This award is an added monument in his career that attests to his success and passion for what he does. In 1997, Chris began originating mortgage loans, and through perseverance, strong relationship building, and community involvements he holds great relations with an ever-growing network of business.

Chris believes, “Every home closing is a fond memory, the view from the closing table is priceless when your clients light up with realization, they just bought a home!” By funding 100 Units in 2023, Chris’ drive is proof that hard work and dedication results in reaching greater goals and achievements.

Chris’ clients and partners appreciate his service and feel confident that obtaining their homeownership goals is that much more reachable. When working with Chris, he provides his undivided attention. “Don’t do the job for the money,” Chris said. “But don’t be complacent. This line of work requires the ability to be a great listener and a sponge for knowledge,” he continued, when giving career advice and describing his strengths.

As a family man, and devoted University of Louisville sports fan, it’s no question that Chris holds his community near and dear. For almost a decade he held position as Board Member and Secretary to the Shelby County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity — Which Chris still passionately supports, sponsors, and volunteers time too. “Work hard, Play hard” is Chris’ motto.
