Brian “Beads” is Senior Vice President, of Sales at EMM Loans LLC, helping to bring homeownership opportunities to borrowers across the U.S. for a rewarding experience in new home purchases, debt consolidation, home refinance, and investment or second homes.

Brian has been originating mortgage loans with EMM Loans for over 12 years. Starting as a Branch Manager, then in 2013 with a team of 4, the Consumer Direct division was formed at EMM with Brian’s lead. Growing over the years, Brian and Consumer Direct have become a staple at EMM Loans.

Brian praises his team, “I’m proud of who they are and how they work — from sales to operations. All loyal and great people! Our average employee tenure, which speaks volumes, is 7 years!” In 2023, Consumer Direct funded more than $110 million. They work in an environment that supports each other’s growth and learning, which has in turn built team trust that resonates with their clients, and referral partners too.

“What differentiates us [Consumer Direct] is the people. Most consumer direct companies operate as call centers. That’s not how we go out and get business.” Brian said. “We manage every customer relationship one-at-a-time, and with respect. Every loan is different, and considering this is the largest investment of most people’s lives, we are professional and respect the concerns and delicate nature of dealing with peoples’ homes,” he continued. Year in and year out, Consumer Direct and Brian have banded together to deliver reliable service and strong-matching products to their customers. In 5 years, Brian foresees the Consumer Direct division growing 2 to 3x, and won’t stop scaling up at triple the operation.
