EMM is offering a total of $3,000 to any current employee (see below for all necessary qualifications), who refers any viable candidate for employment to Human Resources, and in turn EMM hires for any position at our company.

Guidelines and Rules of the Program

• The employee referring the candidate must be an active employee of EMM with at least 30 days of service at the time the referral is made and received in Human Resources. Both employees (referring employee and new hire) must be employed and in Good Standing with EMM when the bonus is due and payable.
• The referred candidate must apply for an open position and comply with all application procedures and processes established by Human Resources. The referred candidate should be interested and aware of the job opening.
• Any eligible employee who refers a viable candidate, and EMM hires thereafter will receive a “referral bonus” in the amount of $3,000 upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of 90 days of service. In addition, the referred MLO must fund 2 loans within their first 90 days of employment for the EMM referring employee to receive a “referral bonus.” Any referable bonus is subject to standard payroll procedures.
• The EMM employee referring the candidate must complete the Applicant Referral Form within 72 hours of the submission of the candidate’s application and submit it to Human Resources. In addition, the referred candidate should indicate the name of the current employee making the referral on his/her application.
• Only new referrals and/or hires from the date of this announcement will be eligible for the bonus program. Prior referrals are subject to previous guidelines.
• Employees who are directly responsible for making hiring decisions on a referred candidate are NOT eligible to receive referral fee payments.
